Newhaus, a new riverside apartment development in Newport built by Westmark, commissioned Sugar Creative Studio to produce their marketing literature for the new development. The literature was to be modern and stylish to reflect the new site.

As part of the project commissioned, a website was developed to promote the apartments. The website has its own content management system to enable the client to update any part of the site.
